What you need to know before your travel to Rwanda.
Visa
All African nationals are either visa exempt or get their visa on arrival Rwanda, a member of the East African Community, allows citizens of all countries that are not visa-exempt to obtain a visa on a rival in addition they may also obtain an e-Visa online before departure.

Swimming

- Booking and Payments:
- To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be made before the tour’s commencement date.
- We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are in the local currency (Rwandan Francs).
- Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.
- Refunds will be processed based on the date of cancellation relative to the tour start date.
- Tour Itinerary:
- While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, it is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, wildlife sightings, or safety concerns.
- Any alterations will be made in the best interest of the group’s experience.
- Travel Insurance:
- Travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
- Health and Safety:
- Participants must ensure they are in good health and fit for the activities involved.
- It is essential to inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements before the tour.
- Responsibility and Liability:
- Wildlife Tours-Rwanda will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
- Participants are responsible for their actions and interactions with wildlife and local communities.
- Code of Conduct:
- Respect local customs, traditions, and wildlife habitats during the tour.
- Refrain from littering or disturbing wildlife, and always follow the guide’s instructions.
- Force Majeure :
- Wildlife Tours-Rwanda will not be held liable for any disruptions or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, or political unrest).
- Privacy and Data Protection:
- We collect personal information solely for tour bookings and will not share it with third parties without consent.
